Wards 9, 10, and 11, are thriving and vibrant areas encompassing Ball, Tioga, Pineville, Kolin, Holloway, Deville, and Ruby. We now have almost 60,000 residents in north Rapides Parish. New residential areas, expanding business corridors, strong industrial growth, and the presence of a dynamic military training and support command make this area a very popular place to live and work.

As your Marshal for the past 12 years, I am proud that the Pineville Marshal's Office has been a part of this new growth. My officers are dedicated, professional, law enforcement personnel who treat the public with courtesy and respect. They are able to answer your questions and assist you when you utilize the services of the Pineville City Court.

Our world has changed dramatically since 9/11. The need to enhance the security of our court, our schools, and our community has been the result of rapid changes in the world around us. As your City Marshal, I pledge to continue to work with all other law enforcement agencies to ensure the safety of the public. My professional law enforcement career spanning 38 years as a probation and parole narcotics specialist, corrections manager and warden, administering multi-million dollar budgetary appropriations, and an active involvement in the civic, educational, and church/community relations, makes me the most qualified candidate to meet our changing community needs.
